1. Use of our products

You may use the products only for lawful purposes, in accordance with applicable law, these terms and the product interface. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, protect your devices and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, infringe another person’s rights or use the products to process unlawful content.

2. Product responsibilities and important limitations

• NumLekka Finance provides personal-finance tools and does not provide investment, tax, legal, credit or other professional advice. Verify important calculations and obtain independent advice where appropriate.
• NumBusiness helps manage business records and workflows. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, tax treatment, statutory filings, customer communications and backup of your business data.
• NumCV helps prepare career documents. You remain responsible for the accuracy of every resume, application and statement you submit, and for checking employer or platform requirements.
• NumRaksha is an informational card-generation tool, not an emergency-response, medical, insurance or location-tracking service. Do not rely on it as the sole method of obtaining emergency assistance.
• NumPDF is a document-processing tool. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process the files you use, and you should keep your own copies of important documents.
• PhonePe merchant onboarding is an enquiry and follow-up flow, not a payment, banking, credit, loan, investment or financial-advice service. Submission does not guarantee eligibility, approval, onboarding or any commercial outcome.

3. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us and our service providers to host, process, transmit and display it solely to operate the features you request. You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to submit your content. We do not claim ownership of your business records, finance entries, resumes or documents merely because you use our products.

4. Availability, changes and third parties

We may modify, maintain, suspend or discontinue a feature to protect users, improve the service, comply with law or address technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation. Third-party services, app stores, payment providers and linked websites are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or content.

5. Fees and commercial work

Any prices, plans, estimates or budgets shown on the site are subject to change and may be illustrative unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Custom development, implementation and paid services are governed by the applicable order, proposal, subscription terms or signed agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

Except for your content and materials that belong to their respective owners, the products, websites, software, branding, designs, documentation and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to NUMLEKKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. NUMLEKKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension, termination and updates

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, law, non-payment, misuse or breach of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with its update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
