1. Products covered

This policy covers NumLekka Finance, NumBusiness, NumCV, NumRaksha, NumPDF and PhonePe merchant-onboarding enquiries made through our website. A product may provide additional notices or just-in-time choices where a feature requires them.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on the product and features you choose to use. It may include contact and account details; business and workspace records; resume, profile and career information; finance entries and preferences; emergency-card details; files or document content submitted for a requested tool; PhonePe merchant-enquiry information; support messages; device, browser, network, diagnostic and security information; and consent or communication preferences.

Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, bank-login credentials, card security codes, or other information that a feature does not request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to provide any personal information about another person.

3. Product-specific handling

• NumLekka Finance: account identity, finance records, preferences and technical information may be processed to provide selected budgeting, ledger, cashbook, notification and account-linked features.
• NumBusiness: account information and business workspace data, such as customer, invoice, inventory, transaction, staff and business records, may be processed to operate the business-management service.
• NumCV: information you enter or upload for resumes, profiles and career documents may be processed to generate, save, edit or export the features you request.
• NumRaksha: the card content and emergency details you choose to enter are used to create the card or related output you request. Do not include information you are not comfortable displaying or sharing with the intended recipient.
• NumPDF: files are processed in your browser for its client-side tools where indicated in the product. We do not intend to permanently retain files processed through those tools; review the interface before using any network-connected feature and avoid uploading highly sensitive material unless you understand the feature.

4. PhonePe merchant-onboarding enquiries

For PhonePe merchant-onboarding enquiries, we collect the contact, business location and requirement details you submit, your chosen contact method and consent record to respond to your enquiry. We restrict access to authorized personnel and may retain an abuse-prevention identifier rather than your raw IP address.

Your consent to be contacted does not authorize promotional messaging or onward sharing for unrelated purposes. Before sharing necessary details with PhonePe or another onboarding provider, we will explain the recipient and purpose and obtain separate consent where required. This enquiry flow does not request or accept UPI PINs, OTPs, bank credentials, card security codes or financial documents, and it is not a payment, banking or loan service.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain and improve requested products; authenticate users; save or synchronize features you choose; respond to support, commercial and PhonePe onboarding enquiries; send service-related communications; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; meet legal obligations; and enforce our terms. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data for marketing.

6. Service providers and links

We may use hosting, authentication, database, analytics, notification, communications, payment, advertising or AI-service providers where needed for a product feature. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation and only as applicable to the service. Links to third-party websites, including app stores, news sources and partner services, are governed by the third party’s policies.

7. Security, storage and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the service. No internet service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Data may be stored or processed by our service providers in India or other jurisdictions where they operate, subject to applicable law and provider safeguards.

8. Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, account operation, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion through our data-deletion page or by emailing hello@numlekka.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

9. Children, changes and contact

Our products are not intended for use by children where consent or another lawful basis is required and has not been provided. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request. We may update this policy to reflect product, legal or operational changes; the current version and update date will appear on this page.
